4. 제 목 : Soft Nanolithographic Approaches for Patterning Large-area Plasmonic Structures
Surface plasmons have received significant scientific and technological attention because their unique properties offer promising applications in optics, energy, biotechnology, and electronics. Control of surface plasmon resonances using plasmonic crystals—periodic metallic arrays that resonantly couple light into surface plasmons—is critical for the applications. In general, focused ion beam milling and electron beam lithography have been used to fabricate the plasmonic crystals, but the methods has only create small-area plasmonic substrates which limited applications. In this talk, I will introduce soft lithographic approaches—a collection of unconventional nanopatterning methods based on molding, printing, and embossing with a polymeric stamp— to fabricate large-area plasmonic crystals with low-cost.
