During this talk, we will discuss innovative approaches for efficiently integrating nanophotonic devices that approach the diffraction limit. We will also explore the creation of metasurfaces using sub-diffraction-limit structures. Furthermore, we will delve into the latest advancements in deep sub-wavelength plasmonic devices that surpass the diffraction limit.
