Under ambitions for fabricating stable, high–efficiency, and cost-effective solid-state solar cells through the combination of the technological advantages, we fabricated inorganic/organic heterojunction solar cells based on PbS colloidal quantum dots (CQDs), chemical bath deposited Sb2S3, and new hybrid material as light harvesters onto mesoporous TiO2 layers, and conjugating polymers as hole transport materials (HTM).These cells perform remarkably well with power conversion efficiency of 3~12 % under air-mass 1.5 global (AM1.5G) illumination of 100 mWcm–2 intensity.
