4. 제 목 : Review of Flexible Vibrational Energy Harvesting
A way to respond the energy consumption and to produce sustainable power is an energy harvesting from the surroundings. This energy source always exists in everywhere, such as a vibration, wind, fluid, etc. Among them, the piezoelectric energy harvesting which uses a direct energy conversion from vibration and mechanical deformation to electrical energy is a promising self-power source in micro-electronics. Various piezoelectric materials have been investigated to improve performances and conversion efficiencies of energy harvesters. Here, we focuses on recent literatures regarding piezoelectric energy harvesting technologies based on flexible materials and their current state. The flexible piezoelectric energy harvesting technology with unique materials and fabrication processes for outstanding output performances of the piezoelectric energy harvesters are discussed. Furthermore, activities for the flexible piezoelectric energy harvesting technology in KIST are introduced.
