Proposal 및 Defense 는 아래의 시스템에서 진행되며, 첨부된 양식은 참고하시기 바랍니다. 

* Portal.kaist.ac.kr => 학사시스템 => 졸업관리시스템 => 학위논문관리로 모든 항목입력 및 출력을 진행하며, 심사결과보고서와 심사요지는

  서명 후 학과사무실에 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.

ㅇ 박사 Proposal 절차 (입학후 2년이내, 심사경과시 심사지연경위서 제출)

   ① 박사학위논문 심사위원 위촉 요청서 제출(심사15일전) - 학위논문관리시스템에 심사위원 등 정보입력후 출력하여 지도교수 서명후 학과제출

      * 사전에 논문 발표자료 위원들께 배포 - 인쇄본 대신 PDF 파일로 심사위원께 파일로 제출

   ② 박사학위논문계획서 구두시험 결과보고서 제출  - 학위논문관리시스템에 입력하고 출력하여 심사위원 서명후 학과제출

       * 학위논문관리시스템에서 양식 출력하여 심사시 준비

    ① Submit a request for appointment of a doctoral dissertation committee (15 days before the examination) - Enter information such as committee in the thesis management system, 

 sign an advisor, and submit it to the department.
         * Distribute the paper presentation materials to the committee in advance. - Submit them as PDF files instead of printed copies
    ② Submit a Ph.D. thesis plan oral test result report - Input it into the degree thesis management system, print it out, sign the committee, and submit it to the department.
         * Print out a form in the thesis management system and prepare for evaluation.
