        2. 위 관련, 2013학년도 가을학기 강의평가(Web)를 다음과 같이 실시하오니 해당 학과에서는 강의개설 교수님 및 학생들에게 안내하시어 강의평가가 반드시 이루어질 수 있도록 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.

           가. 평가목적 : 강의의 질적수준 향상 도모
 
           나. 대상과목 : 2013학년도 가을학기 개설된 모든 교과목
 
           다. 평가제외과목
               1) 경영대학 2013학년도 가을 전반학기 개설 교과목 : 기실시
               2) 연구과목 : 세미나, 현장실습및연구, 인턴십 프로그램, 졸업연구,
                             개별연구, 논문연구 등
               3) 개별과목 : 새내기 세미나 2, 신나는 대학생활, 체육동아리,
                             리더십강좌, 윤리및안전 I·II
               4) 타 대학 개설과목
 
           라. 평가방법 : Web으로 강의평가 실시
 
           마. 실시기간 : 2013. 12. 2(월) 10:00 ~ 12. 13(금) 23:59(12일간)
 
           바. 실시절차 : 포탈 '학사시스템' 메뉴
               1) PC : 강의평가 → 기말강의평가→ 각 수강과목 클릭→
                       설문항 체크→ 확인
               2) mobile : 수업수강관리 → 강의평가→ 각 수강과목 클릭→
                           설문항 체크→ 확인
 
           사. 설문항목 : 9문항(종합의견 작성란 포함)
               ※ 강의평가 설문지 '붙임 2' 참조
 
           아. 주의사항 : 강의평가를 기간 내에 실시한 과목에 한하여 성적게시기간
                          동안 성적을 열람할 수 있도록 함.
 
           자. 기타사항
               1) 본 강의평가에 응답한 사항은 비밀이 유지됨.
               2) 수업일수의 2/3이상 결석한 학생의 응답을 평가에서 제외하기
                  위하여 학과(전공)에서는 그 명단을 '붙임 4'의 양식에 따라
                  취합하여 12. 24.(화)까지 교학기획팀으로 통보.

           A. Purpose : To enhance the quality of teaching by using feedback from
                        students
 
           B. Courses to be evaluated : All courses offered during the 2013
                                        Fall Semester
 
           C. Courses not subject to evaluation
              1) The 2013 courses offered at the College of Business for 1st
                 half Fall semester : Already done
              2) Research courses: Seminar, field placement & research,
                 internship program, graduate research, individual research and
                 dissertation research, etc.
              3) Individual course: Freshmen Seminar 2, Exciting College Life,
                 Extra Curricular Sport Activity, Special Lecture on
                 Leadership, Ethics and Safety I·II
              4) Courses offered at other univrsities
 
           D. Evaluation Method : Online survey
 
           E. Evaluation Period : 10:00, Monday, Dec. 2 ~ 23:59, Friday, Dec. 13,
              2013 (12 days)
 
           F. Procedure: "Academic System" menu on the portal site
              1) PC : Course Evaluation → final course evaluation →
                      Click each of the courses taken →
                      Filling the the questionnaire → Save
              2) Mobile : Class Enrolment → final course evaluation →

              ※ Online evaluation survey questionnaire: please refer to the

           H. Note : Viewing the grades during the grade posting period is
                     restricted to the courses of which evaluaitons have been
                     conducted.
 
           I. Others
              1) Survey responses will remain confidential.
              2) Each department (division) is asked to collect the list of the
                 students who missed two-thirds or more of the school days
                 (Attachment 3) and send it to the Academic Planning Team
                 by Tuesday, Dec. 24.
